FAQ
Do you offer Arabidopsis, Corn or Tomato libraries for screening projects?
Yes, we do and many more! We offer tissue-specific, stress-induced and infected libraries. Please refer to the following libraries.
Can you construct a custom library for my project?
Yes, we routinely construct custom libraries for customers. We require ~1mg of RNA extracted from whole plant, tissue or cells.
Can we establish an exclusive library?
Yes, you can request the exclusive use of your newly established library. Annual fees apply.
Can we establish a CDA?
Of course, please do send us your mutual CDA draft or request our CDA document.
Do I own the intellectual rights of the data generated from my screen?
Yes, the results and data are the sole property of our customers as described in the ULTImate Y2H™ Screen General Terms.
How much material is required for a Y2H screen?
We require 2-5 µg of kit purified plasmid containing the bait sequence at a conc. of 200-400ng/µl in water or Tris or as a dry pellet.
